Bouygues Turkmen has been operating in Turkmenistan since 1994, demonstrating its skills in the field of construction, development, innovation, and technical support. The first project of Bouygues Turkmen was the Kipchak Mosque project, one of the largest mosques in Central Asia.

Americaribe LLC is a general contractor with offices based in Miami, Florida. We have operated in the US and Caribbean construction market since 2002, delivering large-scale projects such as the iconic Brickell City Center in Miami and the Waterfront Hotel in Trinidad & Tobago.

Founded in 1996, Bouygues UK is a construction company with an extensive portfolio of projects in England and Wales. Headquartered in London, the subsidiary is developing numerous partnerships with public bodies, local authorities, funders, and universities.

Thailand

Bouygues-Thai has been a leading construction company in Thailand since 1990. Involved in a series of landmark projects, it has played a central role in the creation of the Bangkok skyline. In 2016, the iconic Mahanakhon Tower raised its pixelated silhouette on the Thai capital's skyline. Built by Bouygues-Thai, it is the tallest tower (314 m) ever built by the Group.

Founded in 1991, BYMARO specialises in construction and civil engineering projects in Morocco and the Maghreb in general. The subsidiary contributes to the economic and social development of the regions in which it operates, drawing on its traditional know-how and cutting-edge technical expertise.

CHALLENGER

France

Bouygues Bâtiment International is headquartered at the Challenger site, in the west of Paris. Challenger has been a showcase for Bouygues Construction’s expertise ever since its founder, Francis Bouygues, set up the Group's headquarters there in 1988. Challenger quickly established itself as an architectural and technological benchmark. In 2014, Bouygues Construction teams undertook a positive energy renovation of the site. The aim was twofold: to improve the energy and environmental performance of the buildings, while enhancing the working environment for the 3,200 employees who work there. The project was awarded triple HQE®, LEED® and BREEAM® certification, at the highest levels for each, a world first in office renovation.

Cuba

Bouygues Construction Cuba has been developing major infrastructure projects in Cuba since 1999. A privileged partner of the country, the subsidiary is contributing to the island's economic growth by building hotels and industrial facilities, combining international quality standards with local expertise and collaborations.

SETAO

Ivory Coast

SETAO is based in Abidjan since 1973 and supports sustainable construction projects throughout their value chain: from upstream (search for real estate, financial arrangements) to downstream (upkeep, maintenance, performance guarantees, particularly for « sustainable neighbourhood » projects), via the design and construction phases, throughout Ivory Coast.

The Calavi International Hospital Centre

Benin

In Abomey-Calavi, southern Benin, Bouygues Bâtiment International teams are under way to deliver the largest hospital in West Africa, the Calavi International Hospital Centre. Signed in June 2020 on behalf of the Ministry of Health, this project offers 434 beds over 48,000 square metres, and will revolutionise healthcare facilities in the country and the surrounding region, with nuclear medicine, chemotherapy, and radiotherapy services.

Makati Development Corporation (MDC) is the leading Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Construction Management (EPCCM) company in the Philippines since 1974, and is a subsidiary of Ayala Land, Inc.  

LOSINGER MARAZZI

Switzerland

Marazzi, Losinger, Bouygues: three construction companies named after their founders. Their paths crossed in 1990 and again in 2006, leading to the creation of a leading construction company in Switzerland. Losinger Marazzi specialises in sustainable construction projects and urban development, creating modern living spaces that respect the environment.

KARMAR

Poland

Established in 1991 in Warsaw and part of Bouygues Construction since 2007, KARMAR specializes in cubature, infrastructure, and industrial projects across Poland.

Dragages HONG KONG

Hong Kong

Created in the early 1950s, Dragages Hong Kong has been involved in a range of landmark projects, across Hong Kong and Asia, which have put the company firmly on the regional and international map. Dragages is a part of a globally respected network of construction-related companies.

The Riviera Tower, Athens

Greece

Bouygues Bâtiment International has been chosen, along with its Greek partner Intrakat, to construct The Riviera Tower, a residential tower located on the waterfront in Athens. This iconic structure will stand tall as the highest building in Greece with its 50 floors and towering 200m height. Designed by the architectural firm Foster+Partners, it will comprise 169 luxury apartments.

Czech Republic

Subsidiary since 2006, VCES is a construction and development group specialized in delivering major industrial and residential projects as well as civic buildings and water management projects both in Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Zagreb Franjo-Tudman international airport

Croatia

Bouygues Bâtiment International completed the Design & Build part of the new Zagreb airport project, the inauguration of which took place in 2017. The company is also a shareholder in the concession company MZLZ, to which the Croatian state has entrusted the operation of the airport for a period of 30 years.
